The gastronomic offering is led by Michelin-starred chef Andreu Genestra, corporate chef of Lío Group, who combines Mediterranean essence with contemporary techniques. In Ibiza, this vision comes to life thanks to Executive Chef Adrián Marín, Head Pastry Chef Marcos Curiel, Sous Chefs Luis Rodríguez and Alicia López, and the entire team. Service, orchestrated by General Managers Fran Molina and Javier Zárate, reflects the standard of excellence that defines Lío.

Among the signature dishes shared across all Líos are the prawn and caviar tartare with apple, tomato tartare with crispy kale, tuna cones with creamy guacamole, free-range chicken with corn textures, king crab tacos with coleslaw, and the iconic Lío gold bar dessert. Ibiza’s own specialties shine with grilled or tempura Ibizan lobster, chateaubriand with café de Paris sauce, and XL langoustines.
