Can Tina is a combination between a Valencian rice house and a traditional tavern. The rice and tapas driven by Arnau Sala together with the duo of Jere Monti & Juan Olmos bring life to Tina. They offer a great selection of both Spanish and international artisan beers, a wide range of vermouths and aperitifs, a carefully selected wine list and whatever crazy ideas that occur to the chef every day to delight us with both traditional and signature rice dishes.

Tina is irreverent, fun, driven by nature, a lover of rice and stews eaten with spoons, of a wellpoured beer and a vermouth with lunch or a football game surrounded by friends. She was always called the modern Girl but the aromas from her cooking pots speak of tradition and of grandmother's casseroles, a reminder of the authentic flavours of timeless recipes which are always with us.

We represent a return to modern traditions, we renew everything so that nothing changes.
