After a solid grounding in Barcelona, with six restaurants spread across Barcelona, El Prat, Vilanova, Badalona and Molins, Can Pizza has come to Ibiza and is here to stay. It plans to introduce us to the concept of the modern pizza, pizza-making that takes great care over the process and glorifies the product, freeing it from the classic style of Neapolitan pizza.
They understand that a well-made pizza is an art. That's why they remain true to our style: dough fermented for 72 hours, quality ingredients and limited editions that arouse passions. Some, such as the Jerry Tometo or the Pulp Edition, have already made their mark with critics and the public, winning awards for the Best Pizza in Spain 2021 and 2023 respectively. And if it's about showing off a little, they have also conquered rankings with the 16th place in the world in 50 Top Pizza, as well as #1 in the World of Pizzerias with the Best Dessert Menu 2024, and a Laus award for our design and graphic identity.
Can Pizza offers a daring recipe book, committed to handmade pizzas using traditional Italian techniques, with a modern, fresh and youthful touch. On its menu we can find the Jerry Tomato and Pilp Edition pizzas, awarded as "The Best Pizza in Spain in freestyle 2021 and 2023".
They began celebrating their anniversary last year with a host of actions, limited editions, Pizza Kombats, and a collaboration with which we closed the year with special enthusiasm: decorating our tenth location with the legendary Javier Mariscal, with nothing more and nothing less than a mural of Cobi eating a pizza. A declaration of intentions, to continue stirring up the masses during this 2025... and beyond.
