Ses Roques begins a new chapter in Formentera with a concept that brings together gastronomy, music and culture while remaining deeply committed to the island’s essence and the people who make it unique.

The project aims to evolve while respecting its roots, involving the local community and preserving the authentic character of one of Sant Ferran’s most iconic venues.

The culinary offering is led by XO, the street food brand created by Dabiz Muñoz, renowned for its creativity, bold flavours and innovative spirit. This gastronomic concept is complemented by a daily programme of music and cultural events, making Ses Roques a meeting point for great food, live performances and DJ sessions in a unique setting.

Leading the project is a young and dynamic team with extensive hospitality experience, dedicated to creating memorable experiences for both residents and visitors while honouring the identity and values of Formentera.
