The Salitre restaurant is a tribute to all the fishermen of Formentera who are the essence of the beautiful island.
Located in La Savina, Salitre offers breakfast, lunch and dinner on its chill-out terrace with privileged views of the sunset.
At the forefront of Salitre's cuisine is Juan Exojo and Cristina Ibáñez, a Mediterranean cuisine where fresh fish and local produce are the main ingredients. Grilled fish, hot and cold seafood such as lobster and lobster from Formentera, rice dishes and typical dishes from the island are the main dishes on the menu.
