Nicolas Blasco & Cyril Claudel took over the Restaurant Sa Cova, 8 years ago. The bistro is located behind the old market, and the terrace is overlooking the old town of Ibiza. Inside you’ll need to discover the indoor Bar and Open-Kitchen built-in a typical Ibiza natural cave.

The chef Begoña Arizmendi, offers a short menu that matches the market and the season. She handles perfectly and harmonizes the most avant-garde techniques with the traditional ones, you can find the classics of the French tradition, with peruvian influences, uniting with the Mediterranean aromas that the island offers. 

The restaurant focus on the elaborated wine-list the offer beautiful wines from different regions of Spain, European and Local.
