In 2012, Spanish two-Michelin-star chef Paco Roncero and creative director Eduardo González brought their teams together with a shared vision: to create a radically different gastronomic format a performance capable of transforming the table into a stage and the diner into its sole protagonist.
After two years of development, Sublimotion opened its doors for the first time in Ibiza in 2014. Since then, and after more than a decade of continuous evolution, it has established itself as one of the most exclusive dining experiences in the world and a global benchmark in the fusion of haute cuisine, art, and technology.
Sublimotion is an unprecedented gastro-sensory journey, unfolding within a technologically advanced capsule designed to elevate diners to a truly sublime emotional state.
