Sa Cova Old Town Restaurant

Nicolás Blasco and Cyril Claudel opened Restaurant Sa Cova ten years ago. This bistro is located behind the old market and its terrace overlooks Ibiza's old town.

Chef Alexandre Rein presents a seasonal menu that fuses French, South American and Mediterranean flavours with modern and traditional techniques. His team, with experience in Michelin-starred restaurants, ensures a refined culinary proposal.

Inside, you'll find a bar and open kitchen integrated into a natural cave, typical of Ibiza. The restaurant specialises in an elaborate wine list, with selections from various Spanish, European and local regions.

At Sa Cova, you can enjoy an exquisite bistronomic experience, from table service to the plate.

The restaurant is open for dinner service only, welcoming diners every night of the season from April to October.
