Under the supervision of the chef Nandu Jubany, Es Còdol de Foradat is embarking on a new chapter, in which it hopes to continue being ‘the much loved restaurant of the people of Formentera’, albeit with some new surprises on the menu. Serving food prepared with the Balearic Islands’ finest produce, the restaurant revives the island’s ‘forgotten’ dishes and most mouth-watering recipes, such as sobrasadas de Mallorca, porsella, arroces de matanzas...

Situated on one of the most beautiful beaches in Formentera (Migjorn), with excellent service and a lovely family-oriented atmosphere, Es Còdol de Foradat takes diners back in time by way of the most delicious, tried and tested dishes.
