Xalest is Concepció by Nobis' restaurant offering a gastronomic experience that combines the modern touch of chef Xema Álvarez with Mallorcan culinary culture. Open all year round for lunch and dinner, Xalest presents a menu that reflects the Spanish way of eating where you can dine on centre-table dishes or taste different national meats and fish.
The restaurant's bar, open all day, is the perfect place to start the aperitif, enjoy the different cocktails with some delicious homemade croquettes. The menu offers a variety of vegetable and fish options, such as artichoke flower, Arabic mezze, shrimp tartar or smoked tuna venison tataki, as well as top quality meat options such as veal cheeks or national steak. Desserts include dishes such as stuffed fritters or torrija Xalest, a traditional Spanish recipe similar to the classic torrija, usually eaten at Easter with a personal touch. From Monday to Friday you can enjoy the menú del día for 24,50€, an option designed for the local public.
The restaurant's ambience is contemporary and relaxed, with CH36 chairs by Carl Hansen, local ceramics, moving art and sofas. The space also features custom-made green and white tiles by Huguet and large windows overlooking Carrer de la Concepció. Accessible from both the hotel and its own street-level entrance, Xalest is a place for both hotel guests and locals and tourists visiting the city.
