Munay Restaurant

Located in the heart of Palma de Mallorca, Munay Restaurante was born from the meeting of contemporary Peruvian cuisine, cultural memory and a warm approach to hospitality. For more than six years, our kitchen has explored the richness of Peru through Andean, Nikkei and Chifa influences, respecting the origin of every flavour through a contemporary perspective.

Behind every dish is a multicultural team led by Peruvian chef Carlos Quispe, whose cuisine reflects the meeting point between tradition, technique and a contemporary vision of Peru. Each creation is shaped through the balance of creativity, produce and respect for a living gastronomic identity that continues to evolve.

Within a warm and elegant setting, every detail is designed to create an authentic and welcoming experience. The energy of the dining room, the rhythm of the service and the care devoted to every table are all part of an experience intended to be remembered beyond the food itself.
