Es Canyis restaurant

ES CANYÍS restaurant, founded in 1954 by María and Mateo next to a reed bed, has been a landmark on Playa d’en Repic for more than 70 years. With parties, family meals and unique events, today managed by Patrice and Angelita, its family legacy makes it an exceptional restaurant.

In the 1970s, the second generation, Anita and Michel, built the current building and brought a French touch to the cuisine, with Michel excelling in desserts such as the floating island. Today, Anaïs, the fourth generation, is following in their footsteps. This family tradition is fused with a gastronomic proposal in front of the sea in the port of Sóller, offering a unique experience with impeccable views.

Today, Víctor Perrotte, the restaurant’s chef, together with his wife, Verónica Mejía and his team continue the tradition of ES CANYÍS, making snails with the original recipe, Sóller prawns, paellas and much more, always offering his family service.
