Clandesti Taller Gastronòmic was born in 2016 in a garage in Palma de Mallorca, with a disruptive and enjoyable spirit.
We use market cuisine and wine as our language. Local produce is our starting point: we cook the wildest and most authentic Mallorca, with artisanal fishing, hunting and organic farming.
Our clandestine wine cellar leaves no one indifferent: more than 300 references ranging from small Mallorcan natural wine producers to some of the most renowned wineries in France and Spain. There is a special presence of sparkling wines, such as Champagne and ancestral wines from various origins. We recommend that you let yourself be carried away by the suggestions by the glass for each dish: a unique pairing, thought out in detail.
The music is also part of the menu: music that accompanies you from the very first moment, seeking to make you vibrate with mouthfuls and decibels.
The space grabs you before you even enter: a garage-bunker full of art, where local underground artists exhibit their work.
