AmazO restaurant
Amazo restaurant is a dream and at the same time a life project that brings our chef Raúl López to create in his private laboratory everything he has travelled, felt and experienced in his more than 30 years of expe-rience.
Nikkei cuisine is marked by a love of Peru, a passion for Japanese flavours, the enthusiasm of Mediterranean products, the enthusiasm for the Amazon rainforest, together with French know-how, all of which makes it a unique restaurant in the north of the island.
The wine selection has been carefully chosen to communicate a sense of exceptionality.
In order to complete the gastronomic experience we cannot leave out our desserts, which, having such a ‘sweet tooth’ chef, knows that the final moment of the menu is the trigger between an established experience, and a fascinating one.
