BRUT Restaurant
An old wooden warehouse. A concrete bar. Sixteen diners. A kitchen in full view. A menu that is not revealed until the moment it is served. That is BRUT restaurant. A space in the small village of Llubí where every night is an amazing setting. Its constantly evolving menu, its unique atmosphere, its commitment to sustainability and its commitment to freedom have earned it a Sol de Repsol in 2024 and it was chosen as a revelation restaurant in 2017.
Eduardo Martínez-Gil, together with his team, have designed a unique tasting menu for everyone, which evolves with the season, where each dish has its own line of dialogue, each ingredient shines with its own light.
Born in Buenos Aires, Eduardo worked as a creative director in Madrid, trained at Ferran Adrià's El Bulli, spent time at El Celler de Can Roca and made countless gastronomic trips to Asia. If you add to this his passion for punk and skateboarding, the result is this project where the rules are broken but the respect for the product and the land remains intact. At BRUT everything is made from scratch. Even the drinks, which are produced in the restaurant's own brewery: kombuchas, beers, ciders, sakes, meads and liqueurs.
