Wednesday, 29 th October, Fusion19 restaurant is presenting an exclusive culinary event at its restaurant in Playa de Muro: a 10-course menu created especially for the occasion, bringing together the best of its two tasting menus, Plenitud and Esencia. This unique offering features dishes representative of the season in a journey designed to pair with some of the most outstanding wines from the Torres family.
An event with two main protagonists in the dining room
The evening will feature Sergi Castro, sommelier for the Torres family, who will share his expert knowledge about each wine, and Lluís Romero, sommelier and maître at Fusion19. Together, they will guide diners through a dialogue between gastronomy and enology, in which each dish and each glass of wine will find its connection.

The Torres family is one of the most renowned wineries in Spain and the world, with 154 years of history. Its leadership in research, sustainability and the fight against climate change make it a pioneer in the sector. It shares this philosophy with Fusion19, a restaurant that champions cuisine based on respect for local produce, the culinary heritage of Mallorca and the integration of international influences.
The Fusion19 restaurant works with locally sourced ingredients, supporting seasonal produce and its own crops, which is reflected in each of its menus. The commitment is clear: to offer a gastronomic experience with a genuine commitment to the environment.
Dishes and wines selected for the evento
The special 10-course menu will be accompanied by a carefully selected wine pairing designed to enhance each culinary creation. The experience will begin with Vardon Kennett Cuvée Esplendor 2017 (D.O. Penedès), an elegant dry sparkling wine made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Xarel·lo, notable for its lightness and complexity, which will accompany the initial appetisers. It will continue with Torres Waltraud 2014 (D.O. Penedès), an intense, structured and seductive white wine, perfect for enhancing our botanical course. Finally, the tour will culminate with Milmanda 2021 (D.O. Conca de Barberà), a creamy and balanced white wine with delicate citrus notes, designed to pair with the house's iconic ensaimada.
This selection is part of a wine cellar that Fusion19 has expanded for this season, offering more than 400 references, incorporating national and international wines and highlighting labels with history, identity and a commitment to sustainability.
