MAPA Restaurant is the expression of new Portuguese gastronomy based on a global heritage, reflecting the country’s history and culture, travels, far-flung destinations, the appreciation of local products, spices and recipes from faraway destinations and creativity over borders.

Chef David Jesus seeks to create a unique gastronomic experience that expresses our identity with his special touch of creativity and his own inspirations mapped by destinations.

The tables are set under an impressive collection of 75 glowing vacuum lights by Tom Dixon representing the starry sky of Alentejo.
