Can Domo Agroturismo Restaurant

Can Domo and Cañitas Maite started the 2022 season together in Ibiza. A partnership between young entrepreneurs in a hotel surrounded by nature.

The Cañitas group led by Albacete chefs Javier Sanz and Juan Sahuquillo, who in 2021, from their restaurant Cañitas Maite in Casas Ibáñez, caused a sensation on the Spanish culinary scene, winning several awards at Madrid Fusion, including Best New Chef, Best Croquette and Best Escabeche.

Can Domo, a 17th century farmhouse between Santa Eulalia and Ibiza, is the project of young entrepreneurs Bernardo Godino and Pablo Casado.

The agroturismo stands out for its natural surroundings, with a 15-hectare olive grove and nearly 1,000 olive trees, as well as panoramic views of the island. It produces organic extra virgin olive oil and has its own orchard, both of which are essential elements in the restaurant.

For this season, the Cañitas Maite team presents a menu designed to be shared and enjoyed at the centre of the table, offering a succession of dishes where the product and technique continue to be fundamental.
