Salvia offers a project with soul, an honest proposal elaborated through techniques, textures and flavours that showcase and highlight the excellent quality of the local produce. On the menu, our chef, Pablo Carrizo, trained in schools such as El Bulli and Celler de Can Roca, as well as together with Martín Berasategui, Quique Dacosta and Paco Roncero among others, offers a selection of dishes to share, honouring our roots and adding a unique and sophisticated culinary character, with his own personal touch.
