Coming to the island from Milan, the project captained by Max D’Andrea, with chef Emanuel Gentili in the engine room and Javier Rodriguez at the helm is celebrating its seventh year with us.
Its name is pretty self-explanatory (El Carnicero = The Butcher) - you’ll enjoy the most select and exclusive cuts from around the world: the United States, Argentina, Uruguay, Spain, Finland, Australia...
The menu is rounded off with an exceptional bodega, meticulous service and lovingly thought-out decoration. This year’s biggest development is its exciting Rincón 5 Jotas, a gourmet space for enjoying authentic Iberian produce.
El Carnicero isn’t just a place for having dinner. Its passion for cocktails and fun vibe make it the perfect spot for drinks, meeting up with friends and letting your hair down in a unique atmosphere that will make your evening a night out to remember. It will also be open over the winter.
