Santa Chiara is known for its Contemporary Neapolitan Pizza, a modern reinterpretation of the traditional Neapolitan dough. Run by ‘Il Maestro’ Marcello Campanella and his family, their 3 locations around Palma are now stocked with the latest trends from the Campania region.

To put the work behind each pizza into context, the Campanella's recipe mixes 3 types of flour and uses two types of pre-ferment to achieve a spongy, hyper-digestible pizza dough.

Their menu is dynamic, with new dishes every month, prioritising high quality DOP ingredients and fresh, local produce.

Damian and Fede bring modern cuisine to the dining room, creating a cheerful, young and somewhat rogue atmosphere. With two restaurants (Calle Blanquerna 8 and Plaza Raimundo Clar), the latest opening at Plaza del Fortí 3, promises an even more contemporary pizza-centric experience including new starters and desserts for Delivery and Takeaway.

The group has transformed the pizza scene in the Balearic Islands, and has made it into the most prestigious pizza guide, 50 top pizza in which they have been included in the ‘Excelent Pizzerias’ category.
