Ocre

Ocre restaurant is located in a former wine cellar from the 17th century, retaining its original wood-en beams and stone arches. This unique setting offers one of the most magical dining experiences in Santanyí, in its charming Mallorcan courtyard: a private terrace ideal for enjoying a Mediterranean dinner under the stars.

Ocre’s culinary proposal is based on honest, traditional Mallorcan cuisine, conceived by Executive Chef Alvar Albaladejo and led by Head Chef Tamar Lumbreras. Each dish highlights the quality of seasonal produce, carefully selected from the best local suppliers.

The front-of-house experience is led by Restaurant Manager Diego Bernal, alongside Mâitre Pablo Baile, whose dedication to excellence, attention to detail and warm hospitality elevate every visit into a memorable experience.

Since its opening in 2021, Ocre has established itself as a gastronomic reference on the island of Mallorca.
