Ocre restaurant is located in a former wine cellar from the 17th century, retaining its original wood-en beams and stone arches. Ocre's culinary concept is based on honest, uncomplicated cuisine, conceived by Execu-tive Chef Alvar Albaladejo, Head Chef Carlos García and Sous Chef Tamara Lumbreras. Each dish highlights the quality of the seasonal produce, carefully selected from the best local suppliers.
