NU Mallorca has established itself as one of the must-visit restaurants in Playa de Muro and one of Mallorca’s most exclusive dining destinations. Situated overlooking the Mediterranean, this elegant beach club combines haute cuisine, contemporary art, signature cocktails and live music in a sophisticated yet relaxed setting.

The menu is led by executive chef Filipe Jorge, who has worked in internationally renowned kitchens such as El Bulli and El Silencio Ibiza, alongside Jhon García, a key figure in the project since its inception. NU Mallorca’s cuisine focuses on local produce, fresh fish and precise technique, with a special emphasis on the Josper oven’s charcoal grill.

The menu combines Mediterranean, Italian and Asian flavours with standout dishes such as hamachi tiradito with red prawns, carpaccio of house-smoked tuna belly and caramelised jumbo prawns. Its premium sushi options, rice dishes and vegan offerings also stand out. To finish, the pistachio cheesecake with gorgonzola and hot chocolate reflects the restaurant’s creative and gastronomic character.
