NU Mallorca has established itself as one of the must-visit restaurants in Playa de Muro and one of Mallorca’s most exclusive dining destinations. The menu is led by executive chef Filipe Jorge, who has worked in internationally renowned kitchens such as El Bulli and El Silencio Ibiza, alongside Jhon García, a key figure in the project since its inception.
