LÕA was conceived in Palma as the expression of a very clear vision: to create a place where people can disconnect from the outside world and, for a few hours, fully immerse themselves in the present — simply enjoying being, here and now. To achieve this, LÕA offers an immersive experience where an obsession with detail runs through everything, bringing together gastronomy, design, art and sensuality.

The space, lit by candles, elegant and full of character, has been carefully designed to evoke an almost intangible energy — difficult to explain, yet easy to feel — with subtle references to the spiritual and symbolic that are part of the project’s DNA.

The cuisine, led by Chef Jhon Chavarriaga, strikes a balance between bold creativity and tradition, reflecting years of experience in fine dining across London and Mallorca, where a commitment to product quality is non-negotiable.
