Es Fanals restaurant, located at Jumeirah Mallorca, offers stunning views of Port de Sóller, the Mediterranean, and the hotel's Infinity Pool. Its culinary offering is presented through three menus: Sabores de Mallorca, Gran Baleárico, and Baleárico Verde, each designed to highlight the essence of Mallorcan cuisine using local, high-quality, and sustainably sourced ingredients. Making its debut this year is a six-course children's menu so that the little ones are also part of the gastronomic experience at the restaurant.
