Es Fanals restaurant, located at Jumeirah Mallorca, offers stunning views of Port de Sóller, the Mediterranean, and the hotel's Infinity Pool. With a terrace by the pool and a cozy indoor ambiance, led by Executive Chef Javier López, it provides a unique gastronomic experience while also committing to sustainability and collaborating with local producers.
the Jumeirah Mallorca hotel and named after the lanterns that fishermen once used to attract their catches, is its unique location at the highest point of the cliff. From its terrace, guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the sea and the Sierra de Tramuntana, as well as vivid sunsets.
Its culinary offering is presented through three menus: Sabores de Mallorca, Gran Baleárico, and Baleárico Verde, each designed to highlight the essence of Mallorcan cuisine using local, high-quality, and sustainably sourced ingredients. Making its debut this year is a six-course children's menu so that the little ones are also part of the gastronomic experience at the restaurant.
