Xólotl Restaurant
Xólotl is a restaurant serving popular, traditional home-style Mexican food, founded with the aim of bringing authentic Mexican cuisine and atmosphere to Mallorca. Its concept is based on cuisine with character, prepared using authentic, high-quality ingredients, with respect for tradition and a warm, friendly service.
It is also one of the few restaurants in Spain that makes its own tortillas from 100% nixtamal, following an ancestral process that lends authenticity and character to every dish.
The project was launched in 2014 by Ceci and Xavi, and in 2015 it took shape as a restaurant with the help of Cecilia, Ceci’s mother, who brings her knowledge and that unique flavour of traditional Mexican cuisine.
Today, Xólotl is much more than a restaurant: it is a meeting place where Mexican cuisine and culture are shared in a warm atmosphere, turning many of its customers into friends and family.
