Xólotl Restaurant
Mexican restaurant Xólotl serves home-made, traditional food, bringing Mexico’s cuisine and vibes to Mallorca through high quality dishes with original ingredients and friendly service.
Xólotl was created in 2014 by Ceci and Xavi who were excited to reveal the pleasures of first-class Mexican food to Mallorca. In 2015, they decided to launch a restaurant with the same name, this time joined by Cecilia, Ceci’s mother, who had recently arrived from Mexico and readily shared all her knowledge of Mexican cooking, adding that little extra something that only a mother knows how to give.
The project is still running today, successfully adapting to a changing environment and new challenges thanks to people’s response and the illusion of continuing to share Mexican culture on the island.
