A inherited family passion
It all started with the signature pizzeria “L’Artista”: the original project that sowed the seeds of the culinary arts in the Melucci brothers when they first arrived in Mallorca. Ten years later, with a solid food and business base and an impeccable reputation, the four brothers decided to innovate once again, this time inside the world of the most popular sport on Earth. And it’s no coincidence that “Presuntuoso” has found a home inside Mallorca’s football stadium because the Melucci family have football in their blood as much as they have a love of fine dining. “We’ve been die-hard fans of Napoli since we were small, and now Mallorca is our second team,” explains Leonardo, who continues by describing how their relationship with RCD Mallorca started in 2017 when they first collaborated with the club as sponsors.
Food at Presuntuoso: art, fusion, and flavour
Food at Presuntuoso is an ode to the finest flavours of the Mediterranean with subtle hints of a fusion with Asian cuisine. The long, bold menu is unafraid of uniting the traditional and the exotic. Diners can enjoy everything from stuffed pasta, typical to the Melucci brothers’ native land, to sushi and other Asian dishes and, naturally, everything is served with a selection of wine and signature cocktails that are designed to enhance the nuances of each dish. Culinary fusion is the order of the day at Presuntuoso, and it is an experience that guarantees adventurous diners will be in total heaven.
In this surprising symphony of flavours, each ingredient takes on maximum importance and becomes a soloist that performs its role with masterful skill. The Melucci brothers meticulously select the highest quality products and succeed in making each mouthful an experience in itself.

The Presuntuoso experience: much more than a dinner
Presuntuoso is synonymous with innovation. On match days, the restaurant invites its diners to arrive two hours beforehand so they can enjoy a pre-show that warms things up before the football kicks off. The entertainment continues at half-time, ensuring that football is just one part of a spectacular night. When the match ends, Presuntuoso transforms into a restaurant or nightclub, depending on the time, where the party continues with signature cocktails, long drinks, music, and dancing until the small hours.
On nights when no match is played, the “show dinner” is the main feature of the evening. It’s a unique concept that combines culinary excellence ‒ the true star of each night ‒ with live performances that captivate all the senses. Singers, violinists, acrobats... Each night is a different universe and special themes such as the “Great Gatsby” and “Tribal Night” events promise a different experience each time you visit.
The space: comfort and endless possibilities
Presuntuoso covers more than 1,000 m2 and is a blank canvas for the Melucci brothers. Each area has been designed to create a different atmosphere, from the private terrace with views of the pitch and Serra de Tramuntana, to the dynamic nightclub. The importance of a private yet comfortable space can be noted in every small detail, such as a car park for over 100 vehicles.
A family and a great team
Beyond being pioneers in integrating food, shows, and football in such an intimate way, the Melucci brothers see themselves as guardians of an inherited tradition that worships food as an art form, because they come from a long line of restaurateurs and pâtissiers. Leonardo and Fabio are in charge of communication and administration at the restaurant, while Carlo runs the kitchen and Alessio is head waiter. Their dedication to their work, culture of attention to detail, and desire to always be at the forefront of things reflect their commitment to their business, and to each person who enters Presuntuoso.
We asked Leonardo about his future plans, and the brothers’ goal for 2024 is clear: “Make local people and visitors know about the Presuntuoso concept so that in 2025 it’s a compulsory stop on Mallorca’s culinary map.”
