Porta 36 thrives as a family project, powered by a cohesive team. Chef Guilherme works alongside his brother-in-law and fellow chef, Tomás Monteiro, while his wife, Mariana Mollering, leads and manages the restaurant. Together, they create a seamless, passionate dining experience.
