Behind Sushimi is Giacomo Brunco, chef and owner of the restaurant. Italian by birth and a citizen of the world by vocation, Giacomo has accumulated extensive experience throughout his travels, which has enriched his culinary vision. Together with his team, his priority is to offer each diner a complete sensory experience - an experience that transcends a simple dinner.
