Menus showcase vibrant Andalusian cuisine, infused with the warm, aromatic spices of North Africa. From just-caught seafood to time-honored dishes, every plate is crafted to tantalize your taste buds with a mouthwatering balance of tradition and trend.

They source seasonal ingredients from Six Senses Farm, our neighborhood organic farm, topped up with ethically sourced produce from the Balearic coast.

Each dish is a reflection of southern Spain’s rich history, weaving together Mediterranean flavors with Moorish and Moroccan influences for a soulful dining experience that takes you on a delicious culinary journey.

Inspired by the architectural grandeur of Andalusia, specifically drawing from the mystique of the 14th-century El Partal Moorish palace, the restaurant pays tribute to the fortified citadels of southern Spain, which became beacons of cultural convergence, where art, intellect, and flavours mingled harmoniously.
