Located on the rooftop of the Aguas de Ibiza Grand Luxe Hotel, in Santa Eulària, Maymanta celebrates its sixth anniversary by offering a unique fusion of Peruvian and Mediterranean flavors under the direction of acclaimed Peruvian chef Omar Malpartida.
Maymanta offers a dining experience created for sharing: a gastronomic journey through the unknown routes of Peru, Amazonia, Andes and Pacific.
The menu surprises with a variety of Tapeo Criollo, National Picoteo, Anticuchos, Ceviches, Tiraditos, Punto Humo (woks and grills) and other specialities to share.
Dishes that represent a journey through the different routes of Peru, such as the Cevichería route with its Amazonian ceviche of tree tomato and sea bass or the Callejera route with its grilled flavours such as the anticucho of white asparagus and creamy yellow pepper and finally the Chifera route with specialities such as the mushroom chaufa with pork in a tamarind charsiu room or the grilled ribs in purple corn sauce and yucca parmentier.
