In this Mediterranean estate that has been transformed while respecting tradition and its surroundings, the hotel combines eighteen rooms designed to provide an authentic connection with Formentera.
The idea of Hannah Formentera arises from the close link to the island of two well-known local names: Víctor Agudo and Óscar Romero. Together with a group of investors who understand luxury as an authentic experience, they have turned a seafront setting into a carefully transformed Mediterranean estate.
The culinary project, led by Alberto Pacheco, embraces the island's seafood, where the lobster caught every morning aboard "La Maja" is the star of dishes that evoke the sea, time and tradition. With a career that includes Estimar Madrid and Es Fumeral (Ibiza), Pacheco brings sensitivity that reinterprets Pitiusa cuisine with freshness and emotion. His cuisine is an ode to pure flavour, careful simplicity and the emotion aroused by fresh ingredients, always seeking to convey the island's spirit.
