
On July 7th, the Sol Post restaurant, located in the Hotel Cala Saona, will host a very special ‘4 hands’ dinner. The chef Andreu Genestra, a benchmark of Balearic cuisine (1 Michelin star, 1 Michelin Green star and 2 Repsol Soles), joins the team of Sol Post, which has recently been awarded 1 Repsol Sol, to offer a unique evening.
A cuisine that breathes island
Sol Post is committed to haute cuisine connected to Formentera. Led by Joan Costa, the project defends the local produce, the environment and the culinary memory of the island.
The team is completed by:
- Armand Vidal (26 years old), with a Catalan soul and precise technique.
- Mauro Rivas (29 years old), originally from El Salvador, brings identity and spice.
- Clara Campoamor (28 years old), in the patisserie, transforms the island landscape into evocative sweets.
This four-handed event celebrates the diversity of origins, languages and gastronomic memories in a high-level experience with a great deal of sensitivity.
