Maristel Hotel & Spa Turns Estellencs into a Gastronomic Destination with “Cooking Tramuntana Four Hands”

Cooking Tramuntana Four Hands

There are places where the surroundings become part of the flavour. Maristel Hotel & Spa is one of them. Suspended between the sea and the mountains, in the heart of the Serra de Tramuntana, the boutique hotel once again reinforces its connection to the territory through a new edition of Cooking Tramuntana Four Hands, a gastronomic experience taking place on June 12th.

The concept is built around a simple idea: cooking the landscape. Or rather, translating the Mediterranean essence of Tramuntana into a dinner where product, seasonality, and contemporary sensibility meet around the table. To bring this vision to life, chef José Luis Adán, the culinary soul of Maristel Bistro & Bar, will share the kitchen with a guest chef in a menu conceived as a dialogue between technique, roots, and creativity.

Beyond being a one-night-only dinner, the event reflects the philosophy that defines Maristel Hotel & Spa: a calm and authentic way of experiencing Mallorca. Located in the picturesque village of Estellencs and surrounded by some of the island’s most spectacular scenery, the hotel has made gastronomy and wellness two of the pillars of its experiential approach.

The experience includes accommodation, breakfast, spa access, and the full tasting menu, further establishing Maristel as one of the Serra de Tramuntana’s most distinctive gastronomic retreats. A place where luxury is measured not through excess, but through silence, product, and views over the Mediterranean.
