Samuel Gutiérrez Galdón tells us the characteristics that stand out in the Hotel Destino: the location (on the cliff of Cap Martinet), kitchen style: a very honest type of cuisine and especially the team, which according to Samuel, is the most special aspect of the hotel: “Restaurant and kitchen workers make the hotel what it is.”

Samuel Gutiérrez defines us perfectly the gourmet experience that Destino offers: at first, the guests start very early with a very healthy breakfast, (best qualified service of the hotel), everything that is offered is homemade. At lunchtime, served at the pool, where Samuel’s cuisine, offers a small Nikkei cuisine. Later, guests can join the restaurant, with a more formal service, where the type of cuisine is Mediterranean with salads, fresh fish and rice dishes. At night, the style changes, a more gourmet type of cuisine is chosen with a selection of 18 to 20 “tapas”, small plates with international flavor, one could say that haute cuisine in miniature.

In short, Destino and Samuel’s cuisine offers a perfect gastronomic experience.
