Chefs Camilo Domínguez and Óscar Romero with Fernando Coradazzi have created a menu rooted in respect for local Mediterranean tradition, using ingredients from Atzaró’s vegetable garden, top-quality produce, and surprising, innovative dishes.
During the summer months, La Veranda transforms into an iconic open-air restaurant under the stars, surrounded by gardens, art and live music.
The events are curated by Lucía Ferrer and her team, whose cuisine combines talent and innovation with a vision that blends the flavour and authenticity of the finest dishes from cultures around the world with the quality and elegance of the most exclusive events, creating unique concepts for memorable celebrations.
