Originally founded by Jeroen, their father, for some time now his two daughters, Rosa and Bette, have been skilfully and steadily steering the ship for some time now. The two women, two creative forces of nature in their own right, are each driven by a different passion: one for sake, and the other for wine. Together, they have managed to develop an ecosystem that goes far beyond traditional imports and distribution. Their project is based on selection, human connection and discovering producers with true personality.
The Hamersma sisters’ judgement is both unrelenting and well-honed. Each winery that they work with has been carefully chosen, not for its prestige or its big name but for its pure authenticity. On their shelves stand only wines and sakes made by people who truly love what they do—bottles that represent craftsmanship, terroir and character.

As well as maintaining a carefully curated wine selection, over the years Rosa has established herself as one of the leading figures in the Spanish sake scene. She imports directly from Japan and has built up a collection of bottles for every occasion. From elegant styles to bolder labels with more personality, the Vino & Co catalogue represents a new perspective on sake on the island.
The lovely physical store in Can Bellotera has, on its own merits, become a must-visit destination for wine connoisseurs in Ibiza. There, you can browse the shelves with a glass in hand, discover something unexpected and stay to enjoy an aperitif with a selection of cheeses, cold cuts, homemade pâté, rillettes and their famous oeuf mayo.
The pace of life here is as laid-back as the island’s lifestyle.
