El Silencio Ibiza, in the heart of Cala Molí, reaffirms its position as one of the most exclusive and vibrant gourmet and leisure destinations on the island. Designed by architecture studio Moredesign, this Ibizan haven is a private, inspirational sanctuary where nature and art freely converse, creating a unique atmosphere that attracts creatives and beauty-lovers from around the world.
El Silencio Ibiza restaurant is particularly notable for its first-class food, and it has two restaurants that will delight even the most discerning diners. Famous chef Mauro Colagreco, who has won three Michelin stars, is in charge of the kitchen. This is his third season at El Silencio Ibiza and Colagreco has designed a menu that combines the precision of haute cuisine with Mediterranean generosity. Diners can enjoy Peruvian ceviche, prawn carpaccio, grilled turbot, etc, plus a wide variety of tapas for sharing. Fish of the day and local products are essential features of the grilled dishes, and food here celebrates the fresh, authentic flavours of the island.
A Japanese izakaya by the sea
One of the most exciting additions this season is IZAKAYA URUSAI, a space designed by renowned architect Kulapat Yantrasast, former right-hand of Tadao Ando and head of creative studio WHY. It is a new Tokyo-style tapas bar and is the result of an inspiring collaboration between El Silencio and Parisian restaurant Onii-san. Chefs Yuji Mikuriya, alias “Taku”, and Romain Littière have crafted a menu that praises the virtues of products from the Balearic Islands through Japanese cooking techniques. Dishes such as red prawn carpaccio with shiso oil, otoro temari sushi and ossetra caviar, and the iconic toro sando are particular highlights on a menu that fuses the best of both culture’s cuisines.
A beach club to enjoy by day and night
The El Silencio Beach Club is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your surroundings. It has direct access to the beach, a vibrant pool, and range of cocktails designed by Rémy Savage, “Best Mixologist in the World 2022”, so visitors can unwind and have fun in this outstanding setting throughout the whole day. And when the sun goes down, resident DJs create a joyful, celebratory atmosphere, turning El Silencio into the best place to start a magical Ibizan night.
But El Silencio is more than just a food and leisure destination. It is also a highly dynamic cultural centre. Club members can enjoy a cultural programme that includes visits to local artists’ workshops, and special events that set the pace of the summer. The agenda encourages interaction with the island and sparks your soul, offering enriching experiences that go beyond simply having fun.
And if that weren’t enough, each Tuesday El Silencio transforms and welcomes its exciting night market, inviting local craftspeople to exhibit their creations by the swimming pool. This weekly event also has party-like vibe with fantastic DJ sessions, producing a unique place where you can discover and enjoy local creativity.
Haute cuisine, culture, nature, and entertainment. El Silencio Ibiza continues to be an unbeatable destination for anyone seeking a place that brings together the very best the White Isle has to offer. With the launch of IZAKAYA URUSAI, and a rich and varied cultural programme, exclusivity and creativity join forces in this hedonist oasis in Cala Molí to offer visitors an unforgettable experience.
