The idea of LAB was a natural progression, after 7 years of the Catalan Chef’s presence at Penha Longa Resort, with the successful Arola Restaurant and his worldwide experience. The 22-seat restaurant offers an exclusive ambiance and invites diners on a highly-innovative and emotionally driven gastronomic journey. Art is found both on the plates and in the space, which features two paintings by the famous Spanish artist Juan Cardosa and a glass-block wine cellar showcasing 550 bottles from around the world.
