2K Street Gourmet, located on Calle Formentor in Puerto de Pollença, is a place where cuisine is understood as a balance between ingredients, technique and creativity.

At the helm of the project, Guillem Moya brings a career marked by training in some of the island’s most renowned kitchens, alongside his time spent in various countries. These influences are reflected in a menu that combines Mediterranean roots, French technique and international nuances.

At 2K Street Gourmet, the cuisine is built around local produce, the aromas of herbs and citrus fruits from northern Mallorca, and a contemporary approach. The charcoal oven, fuelled by orange wood, lends character and precision to meat and fish.
