For 20 years, Vanda and Miguel have been on the constant lookout for the purest product of the Portuguese sea. At NUNES, there is an immense respect for the sea and the sustainability of the oceans. For two decades now, the restaurant has worked in collaboration with artisanal fishers. The family spirit extends to the waiters and kitchen staff. Chef Manuel Costa has been heading the kitchen since day one.
