In 1998, under the slogan ‘The Oceans, a Heritage for the Future’, Expo'98 took place, one of the country's most publicized, congregating and growth-boosting events. The participation of the embryonic structure of Alugue Aqui in the event allowed us to dream bigger and consolidate a project.
It was 1999 and we were still experiencing the euphoria of the influx of visitors to our country, the desire to continue on the path of organizing events, the curiosity of many and the entrepreneurship of a few revealed that the hospitable Portuguese people are hosts like few others, and any host needs support in organizing their events, and Alugue Aqui was born.
The company sought to fill a gap found in the Non Food Catering market and has earned its position by providing numerous solutions for hotel equipment, crockery, crystal, cutlery and various furnishings with a view to providing the best logistical support for organizing events.
As with all companies in the Stosberg Group, Alugue Aqui strives for excellence and, in order to promote this, it opted early on for brands that would provide its customers with the confidence and security of choices backed by many years of production and quality awards.

We are suppliers at major events such as WebSummit, Feira Nacional de Agricultura, Congresso de Cozinha, awards from prestigious wine magazines such as Grandes Escolhas and Paixão pelo Vinho, and we even collaborate with international caterers who organize car brand launch events (such as the Audi Partner Convention in 2024 or the Mini Cooper events in 2023), support for sporting events such as the Moto GP - being the local partner for these major events - and we do our best for our private clients as well as for institutional clients such as the Portuguese Football Federation, the Association of Portuguese Sommeliers or even APENO or FIL.
The service coverage of our head office and branches (Madeira, Porto, Sintra and Algarve) allows us to be established in the market with a coverage that seems unique from the north to the south of the country, including Madeira and Porto Santo.
