Es Ventall Restaurant

More than 40 years ago Antonia and Miguel opened the doors of Restaurant Es Ventall, offering their diners a cuisine based on local products cooked over a wood fire.

Today it is their children who run the restaurant; José Miguel is in charge of the kitchen with his sister Pepita, while Marilina is in charge of the dining room. Antonia is still in the restaurant, welcoming customers.

In the romantic garden, under the centenary fig tree, you can enjoy a beautiful evening or inside the completely renovated restaurant, where for dinner you can choose from a wide range of traditional dishes such as fresh fish from the "Peix Nostrum" wood-fired oven, top quality meats and delicious rice dishes also cooked over a wood fire. They also offer an excellent and gastronomic tasting menu, with the option of pairing, which also changes with the different seasons, in order to offer diners the best seasonal products. The vegetables come mainly from their own farm in Es Broll de Buscastell.

It is also well worth mentioning the wide range of wines in the wine cellar, as well as the preference for distillates, oils, spices and other products from the island.
