The people behind Hotel Bless Ibiza’s commitment to haute cuisine couldn’t be clearer: Martín Berasategui is at the helm of its restaurant Etxeko Ibiza, and there are a further two restaurants in the hotel where the cooking is also second to none. Renowned chef Raúl Gutíerrez is executive chef at the hotel’s other two restaurants: Salao and Epic Infinity.
SALAO ATLANTIC RESTAURANT
Salao has refreshing, summer-inspired decoration featuring the blue of the Ibizan sea and the pastel and earthen tones of the island’s Mediterranean forests, making it the most Ibizan restaurant at Bless Hotel Ibiza. Its terrace opens onto one of the hotel’s pools and food focuses on Mediterranean cuisine and local produce, particularly fish and seafood. Hints of Andalusia round off this relaxing experience where time seems to stop in the typically Ibizan way.
EPIC INFINITY LOUNGE
Fusion cooking of Ibero-American dishes: ceviche, tacos, fish by weight, aguachile and the occasional Mediterranean touch. Food is served on the terrace of Bless Hotel’s impressive infinity pool, which has outstanding views over Cala Nova, one of the island’s most beautiful beaches, to the sensual beat of electro-music from the DJ booth. Pure hedonism.
