Salao has refreshing, summer-inspired decoration featuring the blue of the Ibizan sea and the pastel and earthen tones of the island’s Mediterranean forests, making it the most Ibizan restaurant at Bless Hotel Ibiza. Its terrace opens onto one of the hotel’s pools and food focuses on Mediterranean cuisine and local produce, particularly fish and seafood.
