The italian cook, holder of two Michelin stars in his restaurant in Ischia (Napoli), is the new executive chef of the IT Group. After spending several months preparing the re-opening of IT Ibiza, The neapolitan chef talks about his cuisine and the importance of the product, about what Michelin stars mean to him, and how confortable he is in Ibiza for it reminds him of his island (Ischia).
