Located in the only Relais & Châteaux hotel in the city center, the “Sítio Valverde” Restaurant/Bar faces the pateo, with its very high ceilings, and it is a very unique area where guests can enjoy a meal or a snack at any time of the day. Offering a wide array of options, made with the freshest produce, the Chef then adds the daily suggestion menu, to any customer’s liking. 

The restaurant’s menu is characterized by its signature cuisine, executed by Chef Carla Sousa, and is mainly focused on the Portuguese gastronomy, infused with the knowledge acquired through the years, and her most recent experience at the Le Cordon Bleu, in Paris.

In line with the Hotel’s aesthetics, the vintage and modern furniture combine wih eighteenth century engravings, as well as with decorative and eclectic lighting, creating a unique and intimate athmosphere – the ideal cenario for any occasion.
