Sala de Corte Restaurant
The restaurant Sala de Corte specialises in matured meat. and its chef Luís Gaspar, although still young, has an unswerving approach to the precision and authenticity of the flavours brought to the table. The menu has eight different cuts — from Tenderloin to T-bone, including chateubriand and Chuletón (rib steak) — prepared in a grill and coal oven for an unmistakeable flavour and unique texture.
The restaurante is spacious, luminous and very welcoming, with 66 seats distributed among the counter, round centre tables and square tables flanked by plush sofas. In 2022 Sala de Corte was ranked 50th in the “World’s Best Steaks 2022”. Sala de Corte is the first home of chef Luís Gaspar in collaboration with Plateform.
