Sobriety and good taste welcome the chef’s creations in a menu with a very national DNA, which explores the proximity to the sea and the relationship of Miguel Laffan with fishermen, producers and local suppliers, which he knows so well. At the table there are options for all tastes, with fish and seafood from our coast, and very Portuguese flavors. It is the return of the chef from Cascais to the area where he was born, in one of the most beautiful and well located restaurants of Estoril, Cascais.
It is open every day, from 12:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., for deep dives in the national flavors, enhanced by the 20 years of knowledge and work of chef Miguel Laffan.
