Hikidashi is located in Campo de Ourique, with a Japanese tavern concept –izakaya-, in a project by Chef Agnaldo Ferreira, with a long background in the area: he has been a Japanese chef for over 20 years, starting in São Paulo and coming later to Portugal, where he worked at Estado Líquido Sushi Lounge and Yakuza.
