Davvero is Sublime Lisboa’s restaurant, where the purest Italian tradition is presented in a contemporary twist. In every detail lies the idea of making this space an authentic feast for the eyes, a singular experience. Chef Isaac Kumi joined the team of Sublime Group's Executive Chef, Hélio Gonçalves, after a life dedicated to Italian cuisine. He is a native of Treviso, a town 20 minutes from Venice, and leads the first multicultural culinary project of Sublime hotels in Lisbon, where he converts his origins into unique dishes. Sublime's signature Gelato di Vaniglia is the brainchild of Pastry Chef Mauro Abignente, who began his culinary journey in a small pastry shop in his hometown of Bisceglie, Italy.
